Check-in/Check-out Timings
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to the availability of your cottage/room. For check-out, the standard time is 12:00 noon (12NN).
Resort Policies
- The resort provide a complimentary shuttle service to and from Vanilla Beach (McDonald's) between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Please be advised that charges will apply if you require transportation outside these hours.
- Breakfast is served between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM, while dinner is available from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
- To ensure availability, guests are required to book their activities before dinner.
- Credit cards and PayPal are accepted at the resort, with a 5% surcharge applicable.
- For payments in foreign currencies, the prevailing exchange rate will be applied.
- Each room is equipped with a safety box. Please note, the management is not liable for any lost items.
- The resort reserves the right to revise its rates if necessary.
Child Policy
Children below 5 years old staying in the room with adults stay for free using existing bedding. Children aged 5 years and above are considered adults according to the rates.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made between 21 and 14 days before the check-in date will incur a one-night cancellation fee.
- For cancellations received between 14 and 4 days before the check-in, 50% of the total stay booked will be charged.
- Cancellations made within 3 days of the check-in, including no-shows, will incur the full payment for the entire booking.
- Any reduction in the length of the stay will be treated as a cancellation.
Eco-tourism Development Fee
All visitors aged 12 years and above in El Nido are required to pay an Environmental Fee of PHP 400 per person, valid for 5 days. This fee is collected by the Municipality of El Nido to support various conservation projects.
Integrated Protected Area Fund
Visitors aged 6 years and above visiting the Big and/or Small Lagoon are required to pay a fee of PHP 200 per person for each lagoon visit. This contribution aligns with the conservation efforts of the Protected Area Office (PAO) of El Nido-Taytay. Funds collected will be solely utilized for conservation and management activities within Bacuit Bay and the associated protected areas.
Force Majeure
In the event of acts of God, unforeseen circumstances, or any conditions beyond our control, Dolarog Beach Resort and our carriers cannot be held accountable for the inability to provide services, nor will we be obliged to offer additional services. Delays or cancellations of flights and boat transfers due to weather disturbances or government mandates are beyond the control of Dolarog Beach Resort. Unused rooms or missed flights due to these circumstances will not be the responsibility of Dolarog Beach Resort or our carriers, and no refunds will be issued. However, guests can rebook within a three-month period from the cancellation date, provided supporting documents are provided. This rebooking is subject to room availability and rate differences.
