Booking & Cancellation Policy

Guarantee

A percentage of the total reservation cost will be charged at the time of booking (50%).

 

Cancellation

  • Cancel for free until 3 days before the arrival date at 12:00 AM local time. 
  • If you cancel within 3 days of arrival, you will forfeit all previous charges and will not be charged any additional fees.
  • No-Shows will be processed the same as cancellations.

Shortened Stay / Early Departure

  • Any reduction in the length of stay after check-in is considered a cancellation.
  • The full reservation amount is non-refundable in case of early departure.

Payment & Check-in

  • The remaining 50% balance of your reservation is due in full upon check-in.
  • Please note that a 5% processing fee applies to card payments.
  • Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is until 12:00 NN. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

Transfers & Resort Services

  • Complimentary golf cart shuttle is available between McDonalds (Vanilla beach) and the resort from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
  • Transportation outside these hours is available at an additional charge.
  • Breakfast: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Valuables

  • Each room is equipped with a safety box.
  • Guests are advised to secure their valuables. The resort cannot be held responsible for lost or unattended items.

Child & Extra Person Policy

  • Children aged 0 to 4 years old stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding.
  • Children aged 5 to 11 years old are charged 50% of the adult extra person rate when standard room occupancy is exceeded.
  • Guests 12 years old and above are considered adults and charged the full extra person rate.

Force Majeure

In the event of severe weather, government travel restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control, the resort may be unable to provide scheduled services. Refunds cannot be guaranteed under such conditions.

We are happy to assist with rebooking or issuing a credit voucher, valid for up to 6 months, subject to availability, supporting documentation, and any applicable rate differences.
