  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

Transfers & Resort Services

  • Complimentary speedboat shuttle is available between Corong Corong Pier and the resort from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
  • Transportation outside these hours is available at an additional charge.
  • Breakfast: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM
  • To ensure availability, guests are encouraged to book activities in advance.

Payments

  • Credit cards and PayPal are accepted.
  • A 5% processing fee applies to card and PayPal payments.

Valuables

  • Each room is equipped with a safety box.
  • Guests are advised to secure their valuables. The resort cannot be held responsible for lost or unattended items.

Child Policy

  • Children below 5 years old stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding.
  • Children 5 years old and above are considered adults for rate purposes.

Cancellation & Stay Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 3 days (72 hours) before check-in
  • Cancellations made within 3 days of check-in will incur a one-night charge
  • No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking

Shortened Stay / Early Departure

  • Any reduction in the length of stay after check-in is considered a cancellation.
  • The full reservation amount is non-refundable in case of early departure.

Force Majeure

In the event of severe weather, government travel restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control, the resort may be unable to provide scheduled services. Refunds cannot be guaranteed under such conditions.

We are happy to assist with rebooking or issuing a credit voucher, valid for up to 6 months, subject to availability, supporting documentation, and any applicable rate differences.
